Fees & Pricing

At Mezzle, we believe clarity empowers clients. Our immigration team provides specialist, commercially minded advice — supported by transparent pricing so you know exactly what to expect.

Every application is unique, and while our fee ranges reflect typical cases, your final quote may be higher or lower depending on your specific circumstances.

Our Approach to Pricing

We provide flexible options based on the level of support you need. Fees are based on the time required to assess your situation, review evidence and prepare your application.

Your costs may be affected by:

• The complexity and volume of supporting evidence

• Language support needs

• Whether dependants are included

• Any complicating factors (such as past refusals or urgent deadlines)

• The level of assistance you require from us

Our Hourly Rates

• Qualified solicitors: £420 + VAT to £545 + VAT

• Trainees / paralegals: £205 + VAT to £300 + VAT

VAT (20%) applies where relevant.

Additional Costs (Disbursements)

Disbursements are not included in our fee estimates.

These may include:

• Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge

• Visa centre fees (£0–£300 per applicant)

• Interpreter/translation costs (£50/hour + VAT; £75/page + VAT)

• Courier charges

• English language tests (approx. £200)

• Degree equivalency checks (£140–£210 + VAT)

• TB testing (from £50)

• Criminal record certificates (varies)

• Expert reports (£500–£2,000 + VAT)

• Travel expenses if attending a Home Office interview (£30–£100 + VAT)

Includes 1–2 hours of advice and a written outline of guidance provided.

Document & Application Checking Service

£505–£2,500 + VAT

For clients preparing their own applications who require expert review only.
