Awlad Miah is a qualified solicitor with more than five years’ PQE and over 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. He advises clients across a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, auctions, shared ownership, transfers of equity and remortgages.
Awlad is experienced in handling both high-volume conveyancing and more technical or high-value transactions. He works with a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers who need clear guidance throughout the process to experienced property investors. Alongside his residential property practice, he also has experience in commercial property matters.
