Ben primarily deals with all areas of commercial and property law involving real estate finance, commercial leases, business acquisitions and disposals, option agreements, and pension fund investments.

Ben’s clients also instruct him on a wide range of contentious matters, including numerous County Court and High Court cases. His clients have included banks, partnerships, limited companies, hotels, restaurants, public houses, builders, developers, landlords and tenants to name a few. Ben has also advised on a multitude of personal and business disputes during alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, without prejudice negotiations and arbitration.
