Praajakta Pargaonkar is a Corporate & Commercial Partner with extensive international experience across private practice, offshore finance and in-house legal roles. She advises on mergers and acquisitions, intra-group reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, investment fund structuring and commercial contracts.

Praajakta began her legal career at Slaughter and May before moving to Covington & Burling. She later spent five years in the Cayman Islands with Ogier and Maples Group, advising on complex corporate, commercial and investment fund matters. Most recently, she worked in-house at Tata Consultancy Services Limited, bringing a commercially focused perspective to her client work.
